Breathwork
An active meditation of directed breath which calms the conscious mind, allowing the subconscious mind and spirit to bring awareness to stuck emotions, beliefs, or wounding. The attention to these stuck areas and the active breath begins to move the energy out and bring healing.
Breathwork is a powerful practice that uses the breath as a vehicle for transformation. Through specific breathing patterns, the conscious mind quiets enough to allow deeper layers of awareness to surface.
This process can reveal stored emotions, limiting beliefs, and old wounding that has been held in the body. The active breath, combined with compassionate attention, creates the conditions for these stuck energies to move and release.
Sessions are held in a safe, sacred container where you are fully supported as you journey inward. Each breathwork experience is unique — your body and spirit will guide what needs to be released and what wants to emerge.
